Our studio is more than just yoga
g:ro studio was founded by a licensed psychologist with a deep passion for holistic wellbeing and human connection. The studio blends psychology, movement, and mindfulness to create experiences that support balance, creativity, and growth.
Rooted in both science and soul, g:ro offers yoga, workshops, and community gatherings designed to help you pause, root, and rise, returning to presence in a world that often pulls us away from ourselves.
What sets g:ro apart is its unique integration of psychological insight with embodied practice, creating a space that feels both grounding and transformative, personal yet shared.

THE G:RO SPACE
Facilities
The studio offers a kitchen, tea, yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and a restroom, everything to help you slow down and feel at home.
Right now, there is only one yoga shala, but the plan is to build another one. During the fall, a therapy room will be constructed, which can be rented for therapy sessions.
A shower is not yet available, but will be added in the future.

Sabina Landehag
FOUNDER & licensed psychologist
Sabina has dreamed since her youth of creating a space where the whole human being can be seen and embraced, a sanctuary for presence, connection, and transformation.
As a psychologist, Life Force Activation facilitator, and mindfulness instructor, she weaves together inner work, embodiment, and community.
With family roots in the Middle East, she brings the warmth of family, culture, and belonging into the heart of the studio.

Olivia Portnoff-Klatzkow
INSTRUCTOR, VINYSA & YIN
Drawing from her background as a dancer, Olivia’s classes blend flow, rhythm, and myth. She integrates philosophy, chakras, and storytelling into dynamic sequences that awaken both body and mind.

Sanni Linde
INSTRUCTOR
Formerly in IT, Sanni now follows her heart through yoga, energy work, and ceremony. She creates healing spaces where people can slow down, ground, and remember who they truly are.

Jasmin Hedlund
INSTRUCTOR
With over fifteen years of experience in Yoga and Ayurveda, Jasmin teaches from a place of mindful structure and deep calm. Her classes balance challenge and rest, helping you feel centered throughout.

Gabriella Körsner
INSTRUCTOR
As a nurse and therapist, Gabriella blends movement, breath, and music to guide others home to their bodies and hearts. Her classes offer a gentle space to pause, reconnect, and find stillness within.

Mia Körsner
INSTRUCTOR
Mia is a yoga teacher and therapist who weaves presence, stillness, and sound into soulful journeys of self-connection. Her classes are heartfelt explorations of balance, wholeness, and inner peace.

Rosanna Holmström
INSTRUCTOR, BREATHWORK
Rosanna guides transformative breathwork journeys designed to reset the nervous system and release stored emotions. Her sessions invite you to return to clarity, calm, and inner strength.

Madeeha Qazi
INSTRUCTOR & THERAPIST
A licensed psychologist and meditation guide, Madeeha combines psychology, energy work, and mindfulness to nurture inner clarity. Her classes offer a safe, compassionate space for stillness, healing, and self-connection.

Linda Hjorth
Instructor, Coach
Known as the Queen of Emotions, Linda guides her students from head to heart through embodied movement and presence. Her classes are a journey of release and reconnection — a homecoming to your own aliveness.

As a certified breathwork coach and talk therapist, Nodi creates calm, grounded spaces for inner exploration and healing. Through conscious breathing, she helps you reconnect with your body, balance your emotions, and cultivate everyday vitality.

Mikaela Lexell
INSTRUCTOR, BREATHWORK
With a background in HR and coaching, Mikaela teaches yoga as a path away from performance and toward presence. Her classes blend yin, vinyasa, hatha, nidra, and meditation — always inviting balance, ease, and playfulness.

Erica Hornquist
INSTRUCTOR & THERAPIST
Drawing from her own journey through burnout, Erica offers a heart-led space for stillness, authenticity, and renewal. Through energy work and mindful presence, she supports others in reconnecting with their life force and true essence.

Cem Stone
INSTRUCTOR
With a background in IT, music, and psychology, Cem bridges logic and intuition to guide others toward inner harmony. Through Alchemy: Rewire and Parts Work, he helps people find balance in the nervous system and reconnect with their natural flow.

Wellness Tip:
