For credit memberships and credits: You will lose the credits used to book the class.

For unlimited memberships: If you miss 3 classes or cancel after the deadline (2 hours hours before class starts) in the same calendar month, your membership will be suspended until the end of the month.

You can cancel a booking and receive a full refund up to 2 hours before the class starts. Refunds for single purchases and credit bookings are issued as credits for future use.

After the cancellation deadline has passed you can still cancel the class to make your spot available for someone else. No credits but maybe some karma?

Yes, you can join the waitlist if a class is full.

If a spot opens more than 3 hours before the class, you'll be added automatically and notified.

Within 3 hours of the class, all waitlist participants are notified, and the spot is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note that the cancellation policy applies even if you are automatically added from the waitlist.

Credit memberships gives to a certain amount of credits to use each month. At the start of the credit period your credits are reset to the amount specified in the membership.

Yes, in general 1 credit corresponds to 1 class. However, some premium classes and one time events might cost more than one credit and some classes at unpopular times might cost less than 1 credit.

Class credits are personal, but you can use credits to book classes for others as long as your are also present. Always inform us if your bring guests so that we can inform them about the studio and safety rules.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The exception is "membership credits" which are valid for the credit period specified in the membership.

We will allow you to pause your membership due to special circumstances such as pregnancy or injury. We will always try to be accommodating, but we retain the right to reject a pause request, or ask for additional information such as a doctor's note before approving a pause.

Shorter vacations and short term illnesses are not valid reasons for pausing.

You can cancel your membership with 1 month notice. Your membership will remain active until the end of the notice period. For example, if you cancel on February 10th, your membership will end on March 31st.

If your membership has a commitment period, you cannot set an end date before the commitment period ends.
