Prices
PRICES
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. The total amount, including any applicable fees, will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
PAYMENT
Payments are made through your selected payment method at checkout. g:ro studio uses Getmana as its payment platform.
BRUCE
We collaborate with BRUCE for memberships and class passes. All handling of personal data through BRUCE is managed by BRUCE. g:ro studio has access to booking lists via BRUCE but does not process or store this data beyond what is necessary for class administration.
PERSONAL DATA
To manage bookings and payments, g:ro studio processes your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We only collect the information necessary to provide our services — such as your name, contact details, and payment information.
Data is stored only as long as needed, and you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

BOOKING POLICY
Bookings for classes and workshops can be made via our website, BRUCE, or the Getmana app.
In case of absence, the full fee will be charged. Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before the class starts. Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged.
Once your booking is made through our website or app, you will receive a confirmation by email.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule. For the most up-to-date version, please refer to the Getmana app or our website.
FEES AND PAYMENT
g:ro studio reserves the right to adjust prices and fees. If changes are made to monthly fees, the new price will take effect after the current commitment period ends.
If an automatic payment fails due to insufficient funds, a reminder invoice will be sent for the outstanding amount.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of memberships, class passes, or single classes.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
For online purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
